In addition, she has over 20 years of experience in education as a Kindergarten, Pre-K, and Third-grade teacher; Adjunct Instructor for San Antonio College; Grant Writer; Federal Programs Compliance Coordinator; National Board for Professional Teaching Standards Reviewer; Manager and Vice President for an education consulting firm in Austin, TX; and Executive Program Evaluator. Her certifications include Elementary, Early Childhood, Principal, and Superintendent certifications.
