How It Works:

From August to October, schools and the district will work to complete compliance requirements and collect documentation. After signing up for service, you will receive a weblink to register and set-up an account on the Kish Russell Grants & Compliance website. After all first quarter compliance requirements have been completed, a district or campus point of contact will upload the documentation to the Ducks in a Row platform by the first week in November. Within one week of upload, the DIAR compliance team will begin reviewing and scoring compliance documentation using Kish Russell Grants & Compliance score sheets from the Compliance by Design book series and will create a DIAR Discovery Report. After the compliance review has been completed, a brief virtual or phone conference will be scheduled and conducted to review the DIAR Discovery Report and score sheets with recommendations on how to strengthen compliance in all areas referenced under the ESEA/ESSA requirements. This same process will be repeated for the second and third review periods.
