Federal Friends Mentorship: You will be matched with an experienced mentor who will schedule a one-hour weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly consultation/check-in support to directly address your professional learning needs for ESSA compliance success! Prior to the first session, a self-assessment will be administered and analyzed by the mentor to identify specific areas of need and develop a plan for professional learning support. Each mentoring session will be conducted in a one-on-one virtual format, directly address immediate questions, provide support and guidance, reference user-friendly examples and templates, and will utilize the ESSA Compliance Academy scope and sequence (see Appendix for specific examples of information that will be discussed during each mentor session.) during each session.

ESSA Hotline service provides access to unlimited phone/email support for any ESSA related questions provided by an experienced ESSA consultant.
